Exercise must be considered very important in our life whereas without enough physical activities, we are at risk of many consequences that can't be prevented without that. Exercise contributes us healthy and longer lives, stronger muscles and immune system, better metabolism and circulation, fitness, physical, social and mental well-being and many other advantages that can be reached just by simple moderate exercise. It grants us such strengths that barely could be gained by other ways. It helps us to have healthy heart, stronger bones, muscles and lungs by balancing the metabolism and increasing the amount of intake oxygen and enhancing lung function. It also prepares us stronger physical states in face of dangers or in case of disease attack with promoting the immune system. It is recognized as a good defense method against aging, depression and many other mental, even social disorders. It doesn't need for everyone to become a great athlete to take advantages of daily exercise, just with simple and moderate activities for less than half an hour cycling, house keeping activities, stair climbing, walking or jogging, you may save health and life for yourself easily.
