Egg is very important for children growth and is a good source of needed nutrition, you can substitute many foods with it. This breakfast is very rich in nutrition and will provide you lots of energy, vitamins and digestion balancing.
Raisin has natural sugar. Especially if it is taken in the morning repeatedly, it can cause weight gaining over a long period of time, but not if it is eaten sometimes in appropriate amount. It also provides children energy and can be given to them with snacks.
This food is source of carbohydrates, proteins, sugars (fructose, lactose), vitamin C and fats. The breakfast can also be used for fat or on-diet people, but with some changes like reducing or omitting the sugar and oil. So just ignore the toast and chips and you'll be OK!
Salami, ham and pepperoni slices
Eggs; 2/each person, and 1 egg for 2 toast-bread slices
Sugar; 2 table spoon/1 toast-bread slices or more
Bread slices; 2/each person or more, (white or wheat bread)
Sultana raisins; 2 table spoon/each person or more
Tomato; 2/each person or more, Campari Tomato is recommended for this meal
Olive oil; 1/4 cup for 2 bread slices or more
Cucumber; 1 slice/each tomato or more
Milk; 3 table spoon / bread slice
Chips; half cup/each person
Boil the eggs for about 4 minutes or you can use egg-timer if you are not experienced. Let them become completely hard in maximum boiling time. Then leave them in a pan to get cold. If you are in hurry to reach the work or school, you may empty the hot water in the pan and pour cold tap water over it, then take them out of the pan when their shell is cold. Crack each egg in half, take eggs out of the shells with small spoon and place in plate.
To prepare the toast, take the raw yolks out of the eggs and place them in a bowl, add sugar, stir for a short while, then mix them with some milk (based on ingredient instruction).
Now lay a bread slice in the bowl and pour the liquid over it to the time that it soaks enough liquid and becomes deep wet from both sides. Do the same with each bread slice you need as toast. When all the slices are ready in a dish (better to not place them over each other before frying, because they might stick on each other), pour olive oil in frying-pan and fry them in both sides in medium heat on the stove. They burn quickly, so be careful and turn over quickly. Never leave them unsupervised because they burn in a sec.
After they are ready, fry the raisins for less than one minute, to the time that their color turns golden, then remove quickly.
This meal should be served cold. Decorate your plates like the image or on your interest. It's better to eat the eggs with raisins instead of salt in this meal. Enjoy with cold or warm drinks.

To prepare this meal, fry chopped potatoes with salt and red pepper in oil. When potatoes are ready and golden fried, add washed raisins and stir for about 30 seconds before their color turns black. Fry eggs, sunny side up, with a pinch of salt and pepper less than usual.
Decorate your plate and enjoy the dessert after the meal with warm drink.
