14 Million In Yemen Are At Risk Of Hunger, Dependent On Foreign Food

Yemen military artillery unit and it’s national committees fired Saudi military bases in Najran and Asir and killed or wounded some of their soldiers. Saudi Arabic air force attack on Almasodi Bazar in Alhadida City, in western part of Yemen left 19 people dead and 5 wounded.

The United Nations Secretary-General for Humanitarian Affairs and Relief Mark Lukac warned that half of the entire Yemeni population will soon need foreign food aid to survive.

14 Million in Yemen are at risk of hunger.

“There is now a grave and imminent risk of a major famine in Yemen, a much bigger danger than what humanitarian specialists have in the past,” said Antonio Guther, deputy director of the United Nations Security Council.
